Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH – La denominada 'Policía Sexy de Buenos Aires', Nicole Verón, ex Policía de la Ciudad, fue detenida este miércoles tras verse involucrada en un choque fatal en la autopista Riccheri. Además, durante el procedimiento, los efectivos encontraron un arma de fuego y drogas en el vehículo en el que viajaba. ¿Qué ocurrió con Nicole?
Fuentes de la Policía bonaerense confirmaron al Consorcio JMH que a la altura del kilómetro 23,6 de la autovía, mano hacia Ezeiza, se produjo un accidente que involucró a tres vehículos: una camioneta Ford Ecosport, un BMW en el que se trasladaba Nicole y un Toyota Etios.
Como consecuencia del impacto, el conductor de la Ecosport, identificado como Hugo Javier López, de 48 años, salió despedido del vehículo y murió en el lugar. Los demás conductores están bien. El BMW era conducido por una joven de 21 años, identificada como E.S., quien viajaba acompañada por una adolescente de 17 años y por Nicole. Las causas del accidente todavía son materia de investigación.
Tras el choque, los efectivos que intervinieron en el procedimiento detectaron una pistola Bersa BPP calibre 9 milímetros con su cargador colocado y ocho proyectiles intactos en el interior del vehículo de alta gama.
Durante la requisa también se encontraron sustancias estupefacientes y elementos utilizados para su fraccionamiento, por lo que los investigadores analizan una posible vinculación con actividades de narcomenudeo.
A raíz de estos hallazgos, Verón fue trasladada a la Comisaría 4ª de Barrio Uno y quedó detenida bajo una imputación inicial por homicidio culposo, tenencia ilegal de arma de guerra y averiguación de delito.

What happened to Nicole?
Sources from the Buenos Aires Provincial Police confirmed to the JMH Consortium that an accident occurred at kilometer 23.6 of the highway, heading towards Ezeiza, involving three vehicles: a Ford EcoSport SUV, a BMW in which Nicole was traveling, and a Toyota Etios.
As a result of the impact, the driver of the EcoSport, identified as 48-year-old Hugo Javier López, was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. The other drivers are unharmed. The BMW was driven by a 21-year-old woman, identified as E.S., who was accompanied by a 17-year-old girl and Nicole. The causes of the accident are still under investigation.
After the crash, officers who responded to the scene found a 9mm Bersa BPP pistol with a loaded magazine and eight live rounds inside the high-end vehicle.
During the search, narcotics and drug paraphernalia were also found, leading investigators to consider a possible connection to drug trafficking.
As a result of these findings, Verón was taken to the 4th Police Station in Barrio Uno and detained on initial charges of manslaughter, illegal possession of a firearm, and further investigation.
